The Cargill stationery system has been redesigned to provide consistency and flexibility, while accommodating Business or Function Unit names, without the use of signature lockups. To help you produce stationery items that support the Cargill identity strategy, we have provided guidelines and templates for creating letterhead, envelopes, compliment slips, fax cover sheets and internal memos.
North American Employees can order some of these stationery items online. If you are not able to access the online ordering system, or are outside North America, you can download templates to be printed by a local supplier. Please be sure your supplier uses the template, artwork, and specifications provided to ensure worldwide consistency of the Cargill brand.
Letterhead
This layout accommodates a maximum of 5 lines for each of 3 text blocks. Contact information should always start at the far left text block, and build to the right. If you don’t wish to include as much contact information (no Business or Function Unit, only one address, etc.), you may omit the far right text block.

Envelopes
Envelopes should only include legal entity name, (or other designations, only if required in your region), Business or Function Unit names, and address. Compliment Slips
Compliment slips, primarily used outside the U.S., can accompany any mailing that does not consist of a letter alone; for example, sending a requested brochure. Compliment slips should generally include the same contact information as the corresponding letterhead. You can download the compliment slip template to be printed by a local supplier. Please be sure your supplier uses the template, artwork, and specifications provided to ensure worldwide consistency of the Cargill brand. Compliment slip guidelines are the same for the Cargill brand and all Product Brands. No other product brandmarks are permitted on compliment slips.
