Vehicles are highly visible moving billboards. Therefore, the consistent application of the Cargill brand identity to our cars, trucks, and equipment offers numerous opportunities to make positive, lasting impressions of the Cargill brand in the communities we serve.

Large delivery trucks can present excellent opportunities to promote a product brand, as well as the Cargill brand. See the illustration below, under Product Brand with Cargill Logo for guidelines.

The Cargill Logo
Whenever possible, use the preferred black and green Cargill logo on a white or light–colored background for all vehicle markings.

In creating vehicle markings, be sure to follow all guidelines for applying the Cargill logo, including:

  • ...using the Cargill logo as one complete graphic.
  • ...using only artwork that has been downloaded from this web site.
  • ...maintaining adequate clear space around the logo.
  • ...avoiding distorting or changing the logo in any way.

Size and Placement

Cars and Pickup Trucks

Application Equipment

Large Trucks

There are a variety of pre–printed decals available through Printing & Stock Services. Decal numbers L–10 and L–12 may accommodate sizing needs for doors of cars, small trucks and application equipment trucks.

Product Brand with Cargill Logo
Product Brandmarks (for Product Brand Level 3 products) may be applied to vehicles as long as they are accompanied by a Cargill endorsement. The Cargill logo provides the endorsement, but should never be “locked up” with the Product Brandmark, as may have been done in the past. If you are not famillar with the Cargill brand “levels” visit the Product Branding page to determine the appropriate “level” for your vehicle graphics.

The Product Brandmark (as well as imagery and messaging supporting the Product Brand) should be visually more prominent, but should always maintain a connection to the Cargill brand. The same basic guidelines for applying the Cargill logo should be followed for Product Brandmarks.

Cargill Logo Signature
We are no longer using the Cargill logo signatures to designate Business Unit names on Cargill vehicles. If the Business Unit name must be included, position it away from the Cargill logo so as not to appear visually “locked up” as with a logo signature.
